What does the copywriting process involve?

  • A scope of works needs to be determined. We have a discussion (in person, via email or over the phone) and decide on exactly what kind of content you need and fill out a rough brief.
  • Once a scope of works and quotation has been accepted, we complete a creative brief that covers your product/service, target market, your branding, your objectives, any research required/provided and so on. A creative brief helps us all stay on track to deliver the best possible content for your brand.
  • Working with the creative brief in mind, I start on writing your copy via your preferred format.
  • The quote and proposal will always allow for up to three versions of the draft (if necessary) back and forth to get it right.
